Because I got nothing. Nothing to say. Nothing to rant about, or rather, no energy for ranting.
No energy for anything. I am going to bed as soon as I finish this, because I inherited a tendency to wake up in the middle of the night -- wake up enough to not get a good night's sleep, wake up enough to worry about stuff, but not enough to get up or read or whatever, so I end up laying there semi-conscious. Really fun.
So instead I am going to post a photo of each of my kidlets....
Tess, the Dungenes Spit, Washington state.
These pictures are great! I really like the picture of Zach - I'll have to play around some more with photoshop so that I can do that to some of our photos ;)
ReplyDeleteGet well soon Julie!
ReplyDeleteLove what you did with Zach's picture!
I am really fascinated by the driftwood that Thor is perched on.. that is scarily similar to a sculpture that I am working on..
ReplyDeletevonnie has been using the remove colour option as well.with really interesting results. I have no idea how to use photoshop at all..I like what you have done with your shot of Zach.. It has made a great photo better.. um no not better more interesting??? I dunno.. Moody maybe.. arresting?? how about we settle for just plain brilliant...
I love that shot of Zach. Almost fauvist in its depiction of the subject. I really love Photoshop - and now that I shoot digital only, it is really important to be able to properly post-process camera work. Although my London trip puts lie to this, I normally don't shoot JPEG, but, rather, RAW. Which means that post-processing is absolutely required - and that means Photoshop.
ReplyDeleteWow, great shots! I really need to do the Photoshop thing because I love the stuff I see people doing like that last really gorgeous shot of Zach.
ReplyDeleteAll beautiful pictures Jules. Put up random photos any time!
